With 17 years of experience at Newmont, Suresh has held various leadership roles in Supply Chain operations across the company, including active involvement in Indigenous procurement initiatives both within Canada and internationally. Passionate about building meaningful partnerships, Suresh is committed to developing a procurement program that brings lasting value to Indigenous communities on whose land the company is privileged to operate. -

Ryan Franke
Lead, First Nations and Indigenous Procurement — North America
Ryan brings a wealth of experience from previous leadership positions at Tahltan Nation Development Corporation (TNDC), Shell, and Fluor. He is also a proud member of the Tahltan Nation. At Newmont, Ryan works closely with both internal teams and our Indigenous partners to strengthen compliance with our community agreement commitments around local procurement. -

Advisor, Indigenous Procurement – North America
Jaime brings over 18 years of experience in procurement, compliance, and contract management within the mining and energy sectors. She is passionate about building respectful, values-based relationships with Indigenous businesses and communities, and has been actively involved in advancing Indigenous procurement strategies. Jaime believes in creating opportunities that contribute to long-term, sustainable partnerships.
